About Sharmine
Sharmine is a Master Makeup artist, Hairstylist/custom wig maker turned Forgiveness and Christian Life Transformation coach. Known as The Beauty Out of Brokenness coach, she helps her clients find the beauty God has always seen in their Brokenness. Between educational training that provided her certifications, life experience, and on-the-job training, she has an entire 28 years, 24 of which were life experience and the last years under certification.
Worked behind the chair as a hairstylist and master makeup artist for 24 years. She was the person many talked to and sought advice on when they could get their hair and makeup done. Although during her years of being a hairstylist, she didn't realize then that God was setting her up for something entirely outside what she was trained in. As she moved away from the chair and became a custom wig maker, she found that more people came to her to run their ideas by her and get advice or help. Then, life pulled her through a whirlwind of turmoil and tragedies, which brought her true strength to Light, landing her back on her feet. Sharmine had a mentor who suggested that She become a life coach. At first, she ran from the idea. However, two months after the suggestion, she found herself in school getting certified as a personal development coach. This led to a Mindset certification, moving to a Forgiveness, REBT, CBT, and Emotional intelligence certification.
Sharmine is a faith-centered transformational coach committed to guiding women (& Men) into clarity, emotional wholeness, and aligned action.
With a deep reverence for both spiritual grounding and professional excellence, Sharmine intentionally pursued advanced coaching education to ensure she serves her clients with integrity and skill. She is a proud graduate of The Called Coach Institute (Class of 2025), where she trained under Natasha Miller, Amanda Ross-Hardin, Raven C. Nole, Christi Pride, and Tiffany Bethea — strengthening her Christ-centered coaching framework.This experience further strengthened her commitment to Christ-centered coaching rooted in wisdom, compassion, and practical transformation.. Her accomplishments stretch as far as being a graduate from The Elementum Coaching Institute, studying under some of the top names in the industry—Alexi Panos, Preston Smiles, Christine Hassler, and Stefanos Sifandos.
For Sharmine, growth is not just about knowledge — it is about alignment. She is committed to walking alongside women (& Men) as they rediscover clarity, rebuild trust, and move forward with faith.
Her journey includes graduating with distinction from the Kingdom School of Ministry under the esteemed global leadership of Dr. Cindy Trimm Tomlinson. Sharmine combines biblical principles with evidence-based coaching to help her clients walk in healing and identity.
As a devoted mentee and protégée of Dr. Cindy Trimm Tomlinson Sharmine has locked in on what it truly means to be not just a Master coach but a leader who leads & walks with God in love, excellence, Virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, kindness and integrity. Knowing that it is not always going to be an easy journey, but it is a journey that liberates, uplifts and blesses not just herself but others.
Sharmine is truly inspiring as she passionately combines her faith with modern coaching techniques! With the guidance of her mentor, she's mastering the art of biblical coaching at the Called Coach Institute. This unique blend makes her standout as both a contemporary trailblazer and a spiritual intercessor coach. Her purpose used to be, or so she thought, to show women their physical beauty by doing their hair and makeup. But, with God's direction and guidance, her purpose now is to show women & men of God' That God sees beauty in the broken pieces. Though we may not realize it, while we are in the middle of the chaos, God will always send help to assist in removing the things that no longer serve us, mending and exposing the beautifully hidden parts within.

We believe brokenness is not a disqualification — it is often the birthplace of depth, wisdom, and purpose.
We believe God does not discard what has been wounded. He restores it. He redeems it. He reveals beauty where the world only saw damage.
Brokin Beauty is a sanctuary for the woman who has learned to guard her heart because trust once cost her deeply. Here, healing is not rushed. Faith is not weaponized. And wholeness is not forced.
We honor the process. We respect the nervous system. We acknowledge emotional wounds. And we believe God meets us gently — not violently — in our healing.
